We constantly monitor prices at other retailers to make sure we are offering you the most competitive price. On average, we are 5-10% cheaper than our competitors.
We’ll match the price if you buy an item from us and then find an identical item (in the same quality condition) for less at one of our qualifying competitors within 30 days after purchase.
To submit a price claim please send an email to contact@unveiled.jp with your order number, proof of purchase from a competitor and with the subject line “Price match claim”.
If we or a competitor mark down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 30 days of your shipment date.
Our ability to price match of adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be identical
- The item must be in the same condition
- The item must be in stock at the selected competitor
- We are unable to match gift card promotions
- We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third party services
- We will only make one price adjustment per item
- If requesting a price match or price adjustment in one of our stores you must bring a functioning link to the item on the competitor’s website
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
Pricing Policy
When you place an order on our site, your card is debited in USD immediately and not at the time of dispatch.
At the UNVEILED store, we accept all major credit cards and payments made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
If you wish to obtain a refund, this can be done by contacting us, you have 24 hours after ordering to do so.
A refund takes 5-10 business days to return to your account.
Payment must be made in full before shipment.
We currently accept Shopify payments.

Your Mastercard number is not accessible to us. When your purchase is complete, we only see your billing information, shipping information, order details and therefore the last 4 digits of your Mastercard.
